Hey, I’m Alex
I oversee operations with the discipleship platform and movement (Ordinary Movement) and invest deeply in local missions mobilizing and disciple-making initiatives. This includes speaking at churches, consulting for pastors, mentoring aspiring disciple-makers, participating in missions events, and much more!
Brittney most recently led Uptick Entrepreneur and continues to lead with Uptick (a Leadership Development Cohort for Ministry/Business Leaders). She has been actively involved in entrepreneurship, leading small groups, missions work, and various church activities with me over the years. However, her significant passion lies in seeing young women invested in and set up to pursue their kingdom assignments.
We're both Virginia natives, and we have a wide range of experience working internationally. (We actually met in Central America while doing missions work!) Having traveled to countries all over the world (maybe around 29 combined?!), our purpose is to invite others to know the extravagant love of God, and we firmly believe that Jesus is worth it all. While we still have much to learn, we find ourselves in environments that continue to challenge us to grow. We are committed to stewarding well what God has given us for the mission to make disciples!
